RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) – An exec at Brazilian state growth financial institution BNDES claimed on Tuesday the financial institution intends to pay the matching of 2% of the nation’s Gdp (GDP) by 2026.

BNDES did not define the precise number. According to Brazil’s federal government stats firm, the nation’s 2022 GDP totaled up to 9.9 trillion reais ($ 1.88 trillion).

Talking at a press conference, BNDES preparation exec Nelson Barbosa likewise claimed there is even more credit report supply to the financial institution originating from abroad which this can open much more credit report for South America’s biggest country.
