China Everbright Group former chairman jailed 12 years for corruption, bribery By Reuters

BEIJING (Reuters) – China Everbright (OTC:) Group’s former chairman Tang Shuangning was sentenced to 12 years in jail for corruption, bribery, and abusing his place for private beneficial properties, state broadcaster CCTV stated on Tuesday.

Tang was arrested on suspicion of taking bribes in January, in an intensified marketing campaign aimed toward hunting down corrupt officers within the monetary sector.
