(Reuters) – Russia recorded a finances deficit of greater than 3 trillion roubles for the third 12 months working in 2024, the finance ministry mentioned on Monday, with each spending and income rising sharply in contrast with 2023 as Moscow ploughed financial sources into the battle in Ukraine.
